STVM Media Day

Registration and Pre-Payment

2026 Fall Sports

STVM Fall Sports Media Day will take place at the STVM Cosgrove Center on the following dates:

Friday, August 7 (for football, boys soccer, girls soccer, girls volleyball, and boys golf)
Monday, August 10 (for boys cross country, girls cross country, girls tennis, and girls golf)

Precise times for each sport will be communicated by your coach.

The Media Day photos will take place concurrently with the Carmen Studios Individual & Team Photos.

Please Note: Media Day photos offer a fun and creative alternative to the traditional team and individual portraits provided by Carmen Studio Photography (paid for separately using the white paper envelope provided by your coach). Media Day photos are designed to showcase your athlete’s personality and capture unique, memorable moments.

Anyone who makes the pre-payment of $25 will receive 3 high-resolution digital photos from the media-day session. For those who have not pre-paid, any photos taken will be available on scottdudekphotography.com for purchase ($10 per photo for high-resolution digital) after the session.

For Spring Sports (Baseball, Softball, Boys Volleyball, Lacrosse, Boys Tennis, Track & Field), the athletes photographed for Media Day will be:

Anyone who has pre-paid (can be Freshman, JV, Varsity), along with:
Baseball / Softball / Boys Volleyball / Boys Tennis / Lacrosse: Varsity, Seniors, and Captains
Track & Field: Seniors and Captains only

In order to be officially registered, you must complete both of the following steps:

Fill out and submit the "Athlete Information" section below, including the liability waiver and model release form checkboxes.
Click on the "Submit Info and Go to Payment" button on the "Pre-Payment" link and complete payment (via credit card / Apple Pay / Google Pay).

Please bring pose ideas and any props you would like to include - such as equipment for your sport (ball, glove, stick, racquet, hat, helmet, relay baton, etc), sunglasses, or any other object you would like to use.

Liability Waiver *

As parent / legal guardian, I give my permission for this athlete to take part in this photography session. I understand that reasonable precautions will be taken to ensure my child’s safety, and I release the photographer, any assistants, and the school from liability for any injury, loss, or damage that may occur during or as a result of the session, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct.

Model Release *

As parent / legal guardian, I give the photographer permission to use the photos and/or video taken of the athlete for creative and professional purposes. This may include use in portfolios, social media, marketing, promotional materials, or other forms of publication, both now and in the future. I understand that the athlete won’t receive compensation for the use of these images, and that the athlete won’t have the ability to review or approve the final versions before they’re shared or published.
