Sports Photography Media Day Session

Registration and Pre-Payment

Media Day photos offer a fun and creative alternative to traditional team and individual portraits. Media Day photos are designed to showcase your athlete’s personality and capture unique, memorable moments.

This page is for individuals to register and pre-pay prior to their team Media Day session.

Anyone who makes the pre-payment of $25 (as part of a team session) will receive 3 high-resolution digital photos from the media-day session. Additional photos taken during the session will be available on scottdudekphotography.com for purchase ($10 per photo for high-resolution digital).

In order to be officially registered, you must complete both of the following steps:

Fill out and submit the "Athlete Information" section below, including the liability waiver and model release form checkboxes.
Click on the "Submit Info and Go to Payment" button on the "Pre-Payment" link and complete payment (via credit card / Apple Pay / Google Pay).

Please bring pose ideas and any props you would like to include - such as equipment for your sport (ball, glove, stick, racquet, hat, helmet, relay baton, etc), sunglasses, or any other object you would like to use.

Liability Waiver *

As parent / legal guardian, I give my permission for this athlete to take part in this photography session. I understand that reasonable precautions will be taken to ensure my child’s safety, and I release the photographer, any assistants, and the school from liability for any injury, loss, or damage that may occur during or as a result of the session, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct.

Model Release *

As parent / legal guardian, I give the photographer permission to use the photos and/or video taken of the athlete for creative and professional purposes. This may include use in portfolios, social media, marketing, promotional materials, or other forms of publication, both now and in the future. I understand that the athlete won’t receive compensation for the use of these images, and that the athlete won’t have the ability to review or approve the final versions before they’re shared or published.
